Dynapack Asia: Implementing EPM Cloud Service for Oracle financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
The reasons behind their mismanagement and data disagreement were a decentralized chart of accounts for each entity for numerous sub-consolidation groups, and different account principles and standards being followed for several sub consolidation groups leading to different goodwill estimates.
Audited statutory financial reports were sent to Dynapack, having a favorable effect on audit adjustments throughout the year. With file-based connectors set up with source systems and EPM automations set up in the production instance, there is no need for manual intervention. The elimination of several Excel files for goodwill, non-controlling interests and intercompany transactions were the results achieved.
