2. Payroll Hosted by Patch Solutions

For payroll we provide:

• Daily/Weekly Technical and application preventive maintenance
• All Oracle patching and legislative maintenance is applied
• Full time Help/Support desk
   

3. Delivered integration

From Cloud HCM to Payroll fully integrated to pass all data needed to payroll:

• HR Structures (jobs, positions, departments, locations, grades, collective agreements, etc)
• Employee information including hires, transfers, terminations and so on
• Assignments to reflect the roles each employee has and the basis for payment
• Salary, Allowances and Deductions
• Time Entry / Absence transactions and leave balances
• Employee personal Tax information, Bank Details and Costing information
   

From Payroll to Cloud HCM to pass: 

• Pay Advices for viewing / printing by employees
• Payment Summary for viewing / printing by employees
   

4. Implementation

• Requirements analysis, prototype, documentation and configuration of All required modules in Cloud HCM and EBS Payroll
• Assistance with conversion from current HR and Payroll systems
• Training in all modules
