This module is highly flexible and can be configured for international leave management requests. Employees can apply for leave, get approval and maintain leave history.
Attendance Management: Tracking time and attendance of employees are important not only for regulatory purpose but also for activities like payroll. This module allows you track time and attendance of every employee. Time and attendance module can also be integrated with any third party device that you use to control access and record attendance.
Performance Management: This module allows communicating key performance indicators for each job title allowing the employees to understand and achieve organization’s expectations and set up their goal sheets. The module allows for self appraisal and multiple levels of supervisory review.
Payroll Management: JMR-ERP comes with features that allow you to comprehensively, yet smoothly, manage your payroll process. It allows you to define your business logic for Earnings, Deductions, Bonus, Arrears, Leave and Attendance. It is also flexible and comprehensive enough to meet the taxation regime of each geography and is capable of handling various federal and local taxes linked to payroll.
Training: Training Module facilitates administrators and supervisors to create and manage employee training courses effectively, while employees are able to keep track of the training courses undertaken and the ratings for the same.
Travel & Expenses Management: This module helps you in an effective management of Travel and Expenses. This functionality simplifies travel management, from the time of planning and solicits approval to claiming for reimbursement.
