Accenture hat eine Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Lösung bei Kofax konzipiert und implementiert. Dabei wurden Themen wie die Umsatzplanung und der Kostenplanungsprozess für mitarbeiterbezogen Kosten, Gemein- und Direktkosten adressiert. Die Lösung basiert auf Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting und Oracle Hyperion Smart View für Office (alle in Version 11.1.1.2). Accenture hat den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus von Februar 2009 bis März 2010 begleitet. Dies umfasste sowohl eine gemeinschaftliche Planungs- und Analysephase mit Kofax, als auch die Konzeption und Realisierung, bis hin zum Testing, Roll-Out und Training. Ebenso hat Accenture zusammen mit Kofax daran gearbeitet neue Prozesse zur Datensammlung, Validierung und der Verarbeitung der Plandaten in Oracle Hyperion Planning zu etablieren. Die Lösung wurde an rund 50 Standorte ausgerollt und ist jetzt das alleinige und zentrale System, welches alle relevanten und validen Daten für das Plan- und Budgetberichtswesen im Rahmen des Planungsprozesses beinhaltet.
