OUR ORGANISATION

Patch Solutions is a leading provider of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and services in Australia, the Philippines and the APAC region generally.

We have worked with Oracle systems and applications since 2000, and focus wholly on HCM products and services for Oracle’s Cloud HCM and E-Business Suite HCM product lines.

OUR PEOPLE

Our consultants are business professionals with the industry and product experience you need to help you achieve the success you expect. They are Oracle-certified in Cloud or EBS HCM products and a continued investment in training and internal system upgrades ensures that we maintain our knowledge levels.

We firmly believe that generally, a phased implementation of application modules with early benefits is the best overall, long term strategy for success. • As an implementation partner on successful solutions from under a thousand up to 170,000 employees.
• As a certified Oracle University training partner, teaching and guiding Oracle’s own consultants, other partners and Oracle customers on both Cloud and EBS HCM applications
• In an advisory capacity for development, localisation & training development

We work directly with you to provide:
• A full service lifecycle solution, from project management through all aspects of the implementation to post production and ongoing support
• Implementation of individual HCM modules specific to your organisation’s requirements
• Accelerated implementation of modules for HCM Cloud
• Training either through standard Oracle University courses or custom workshops
